Brad directs client relationship and business development initiatives across all markets for Wight & Company. Brad began his career with Wight in 2000 as the business development leader for the PK-12 market. He remains active with many of Wight’s school clients and continues to participate in the early planning of major educational projects.

Brad is a member of the American Institute of Architects, as well as the Council of Educational Facility Planners International, Illinois Association of School Business Officials and Illinois Association of School Administrators. He has authored articles on school planning, been cited by numerous national publications on issues relevant to school districts, and has spoken at several educational conferences in recent years. Brad earned a bachelor’s degree in architecture and a dual master’s degree in architecture and finance from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
