Wight personnel are integrated in all aspects. Our construction managers, engineers, and architects work as a team and effectively collaborate with our clients, other experts, and outside consultants. Our employees work in our LEED Certified headquarters in Darien, Illinois, or in our LEED registered downtown Chicago location.

As a founding member of the U.S. Green Building Council, we encourage all employees to join the Chicago Chapter and become LEED accredited. Our LEED Accredited Professionals continue to enhance the firm's dedication to applying sustainable design and construction methodologies to each project.

Wight both recognizes and stresses the importance of continuing education and training. Lunch and Learn seminars are a part of our culture. Our formalized training program, Wight University, combines training, coaching, and knowledge-sharing programs to maintain our staff's edge in the industry. We offer financial, business development, and estimating software training, as well as LEED classes for any employees who would like to become accredited.
