Wight’s support services begin prior to groundbreaking and extend beyond construction warranty. We plan ahead for the systems and processes that will make our clients’ buildings operate successfully. Our services include systems training, operations and maintenance orientation, record drawings, warranty reviews and a comprehensive building orientation after the completion of each project. We also conduct follow-up inspections during the first year of occupancy to assure client satisfaction.
