The new 23rd District Police Station will be built along Halsted Street at Waveland and Addison Streets in Chicago, Ill. The project is being designed to meet LEED® Gold certification standards. Based on a 42,000 sq. ft. prototype design for Chicago police stations, the project includes a 230+ car parking structure for police personnel and the public. It will be built alongside the existing police department which is an historic building.

> Fiber optics network for a faster, more efficient 911 system

> Fitness room for officers and personnel

> Roll call room with 40’ diagonal screen for training

> Electronic security consoles installed throughout facility to monitor entrance

> “Quiet room” to help officers relieve stress and receive counseling
