Wight & Company provided integrated architecture, construction, and interior design services for the new Chicago office of Sebesta Blomberg & Associates (MEP Engineer and Commissioning Authority). Our team and Sebesta’s own engineers delivered this project, which included lease negotiations, in less than six months, a record breaking time. The project has been registered with the U.S. Green Building Council and is targeted to receive LEED® Silver Certification. Wight’s design and construction LEED Accredited Professionals assisted Sebesta’s team of engineers with the necessary tasks involved for certification.
