Wight and Company transformed this non-descript building, previously a windowless racquetball court, into an upscale, multi-use medical facility. Through elegant design and efficient space planning, our Integrated Services professionals divided the space into two floors. The lower level offers parking and storage, while the main floor can accommodate three to four tenants. Currently two tenants have moved in, OAD Orthopedics and a private medical practitioner. Requiring different designs to appeal to their clients, OAD enjoys a transitional space with a calming palate, while the private medical offices express a colorful, contemporary space. All tenants share the building’s main lobby, elevator, stairs and corridor, which were added in the design plans. This build-out also provides ample room for state-of-the-art medical technologies, such as MRI and X-ray facilities.
