Ready to Design & Build Your Career?

We believe that design excellence is fueled by our culture of collaboration. Wight has almost 200 team members in Architecture, Engineering and Construction Management that work together every day to conceive and execute projects that enrich the human experience by making the communities they touch more vital, sustainable, safe and equitable.

Students who participate in an internship at Wight gain valuable opportunities to develop their skills and learn from the diverse range of professionals we have in-house. With the resources of a large firm and the community feeling of a smaller firm, Wight provides interns with hands-on personalized mentoring in the comprehensive field of architecture. Interns are expected to contribute as full members of project teams, learn technical and client relationship skills, and will build valuable relationships with other interns through ongoing networking and recreational activities.

“My summer interning at Wight & Company truly transformed my life. Having the privilege of working closely with the creative thought leaders here lit a passion inside me for the incredible work we do and the innovative environments we create. Plus, several of my closest friendships to this day were formed that summer. I feel blessed to be part of such an amazing team for the past 14 years.
