Wight & Company is pleased to announce the promotion of Ania Szulc to Associate Principal of Parks and Recreation.

“Ms. Szulc recently celebrated her 14th year with the firm and has consistently delivered great design solutions while also being a strong advocate for highly sustainable and healthy environments” said Jason Dwyer, President, Design & Construction at Wight & Company.

A graduate of Gdansk University of Technology in Poland, Ania has a Master’s degree of Architecture and Urban Planning. Her broad skill set has developed from planning and design engagements with parks and recreation, public, educational, and private commercial clients. Her portfolio ranges from large-scale master planning efforts to detailed work on pedestrian-scaled spaces. Ania is passionate about deep sustainability and is trained as a LEED Accredited Professional (LEED AP) and is a Certified Passive House Consultant through the Passive House Institute US (PHIUS). In her new role as Associate Principal in the Parks and Recreation market, Ms Szulc will continue to guide and lead design efforts and promote sustainable design.
