As Director of Local Government Markets, Eric leads Wight’s efforts to build strong partnerships with local government clients across Illinois, guiding strategic pursuits and delivering integrated solutions that align with each community’s long-term goals. Eric is a long-standing member of the International and Illinois City/County Management Associations and is passionate about supporting innovation and excellence in public service.
