Senior Highway Design Manager

Jason is a seasoned Project Manager and professional engineer with a background in transportation engineering, bringing expertise across the full project lifecycle—from surveying through construction. He has contributed to a wide range of transportation projects at the local, state, and federal levels, with experience spanning municipal, county, and state initiatives, including work for the Illinois Department of Transportation (IDOT) and Illinois Tollway. Throughout his career, Jason has led survey crews and played a key role in planning efforts through Context Sensitive Solutions. His design experience includes roadways, streetscapes, parking lots, airfields, bike paths, bus stops, and traffic signal installations, along with managing roadway lighting and utility relocations. He also spent several years in on-site construction management, strengthening his hands-on leadership and field expertise.
