With training in all phases of design and construction, John serves as a modern-day master builder for Transportation and Infrastructure projects. He oversees the entire project, from the initial concept through design and construction.
John understands that the field conditions at each job site can be different than what is shown on the construction drawings and can adjust to those dynamics when issues present themselves. His passion and dedication to each assignment result in project excellence.
Many of John’s projects have received special recognition, including the Resurfacing of I-55 from Weber Road to Willow Springs Road for the Illinois Department of Transportation, in which Wight utilized new e-Construction techniques to enhance workflow, reduce the risk to construction professionals, and save time and money.
