Wight, as a partner in a joint venture with R&G Engineering, was selected by the Illinois Tollway to provide Construction Management services as part of the Elgin O’Hare Western Access (EOWA) project, from Roselle Road to IL Route 53 in Roselle-Itasca, Illinois.
The EOWA project includes 17 miles of new roads, with 15 new or improved interchanges, as part of a new, all-electronic toll road; and includes rehabilitation and widening of Illinois Route 390, formerly known as the Elgin O’Hare Expressway.
