As Director of Construction Operations, Nick is responsible for the oversight, coordination, and staffing of all of our project sites. He coordinates the efforts of our independent Safety Consultant and works with the site superintendents to assure the efficacy of our site logistics and planning. His 15+ years experience delivering a variety of complex renovation projects equips him to support our field staff in the implementation and enforcement of Wight’s Safety programs.
