Citigroup relocated their operation center from Elk Grove Village, IL, to the Schaumburg Corporate Center, where they now occupy two full floors. Wight developed the program and design based on specific global standards and occupancy metrics, creating a fully branded space for their 800+ hybrid employees. The final design promotes access to natural daylight and views and allows for different work modes, from shared focus design to secondary work points and world-class collaboration zones. This project is highly efficient and LEED and WELL certified.
