Wight was selected by Kane County Division of Transportation (KDOT) to provide focused, responsive, and proficient Phase III construction observation engineering services for the Repair and Resurfacing of Fabyan Parkway over the Fox River Bridge. The project consists of full and partial-depth patching of the bridge deck, concrete median removal and replacement, drainage scupper replacement, and scarification and replacement of the wearing surface with a 3-inch latex concrete overlay.
Also included are various concrete and structural steel repairs, partial slope wall replacement, regrading around the bridge abutments, and finish restoration of existing light poles.
