Wight performed architectural design for three residential towers and master planning of the site. The proposed development included an elevated podium with parking and retail adjacent to Lake Shore Drive and the Chicago River. The plan also featured a large green space maximizing views within the complex and toward the lake. The three mixed-use residential towers consist of rental apartments and a single, high-end 800-foot-tall condominium tower with curved corners and inset balconies.
