Naperville School District 203 is very serious about excellence in education, with focus at the high school level on college placement. The aging school was failing to represent and support the idea that preparing for college work is the serious pursuit of the students within. They came to a belief that a well-organized, commodious, and technically up-to-date school building with substantial design quality that dignifies the activity of all involved is best facility they can offer the community.

The rebuild and renovated Naperville Central High School blends contemporary design elements with its original mid-century modern structure. This transformation turned the district’s oldest high school into a vibrant, state-of-the-art learning environment for approximately 3,000 students.
