South Block Development selected Wight to perform construction management services for a 10-story mixed-use development in Chicago’s South Loop. The project includes two floors totaling 18,000 sf of retail space; eight floors of condominium units; and amenities such as an outdoor community space, a covered 260-car parking lot, and a 44,000-sf health club. The development also features a green roof.
