Wight proposed a residential tower for Emaar Properties for the Dubai Creek Harbour Retail District Crescent Residential Towers Development, Dubai UAE. The proposed design is 33 plus stories tall, 33,433 GFA (SQ Meters) and contains 265 units. The design features a highly efficient floor plan with 10 luxury residential units per floor. Each unit has unobstructed views and individual balconies screened for privacy. The scalloped shaped in the plan was inspired by a desert flower.
