Wight & Company acted as Construction Manager-at-Risk for a new, 16,500-sf sustainable, full-service library for Chicago Public Library’s Albany Park Branch Library, replacing the previous, outdated building. Wight worked with architect Jackson Harlan, provided sitework, brought new utilities into the structure, built the building and the reading garden, and brought the building up to LEED Gold standards.
