Hotel Arista is an independent, locally owned boutique hotel located in the CityGate Centre development in Naperville, 30 miles west of downtown Chicago. The hotel is part of the master plan that was created by Lohan Anderson and Calamos Real Estate and joins two office buildings and retail space that was also designed by Lohan Anderson. In addition to the 144 guest rooms, there is a grand ballroom, meeting rooms, a fitness center and spa, a business center, a lounge, and the critically acclaimed Sugar Toad restaurant. The owner’s commitment to sustainable design and practices is acknowledged by its receipt of the hotel industry’s Green Seal Certification, as well as being the first LEED Certified hotel in Illinois.
